Sara's classes incorporate the principle of Nada Yoga. This is the development of a sound body and mind through deep listening. She believes that vibrations are soothing; this is one of the reasons that she enjoys playing music during yoga practice. She especially loves classical Indian music and the amazing fusions of world music. Here's a list of some of the most popular CD's that Sara has been sharing with her group classes.
