A private yoga session is designed specifically for the student and incorporates the flowing Vinyasa style yoga and Anusara principles of alignment.
Private sessions are a wonderful way to practice yoga at the proper pace with a detailed focus on your personal needs. Together, we will structure a program that can be both challenging and restorative. We will build a strong foundation and encourage healthy posture, increase strength and range of motion, and center the body and mind.
Private sessions will help to reduce stress and tensions specific to your body. The private session is a truly unique experience that offers incredible results. Private sessions can be held in the client's home, office, or at a designated studio space.
